Last minute notes for Vancouver Art Tour

Only a few more days until our Vancouver Art Tour!
I wanted to confirm a few things:
We are meeting at the Swartz Bay terminal in the passenger lounge at approx 8:40am for the 9am ferry.
If you are taking public transit to Swartz Bay, we are taking the 70 bus. I will be at the Douglas and Fort street stop at 7:30am to catch the bus that leaves Government and Superior at 7:41 (I like to be at the stop a bit early). If you want to catch this bus at another stop you can review the time it stops near you: Number 70 bus (make sure you are looking at the schedule for “Saturday”)
When we get on the ferry, some people will go for the Pacific Buffet, some for the cafeteria, some for the cafe and some just in the seating area -you can decide where you want to go and who you want to go with while we are waiting to board the ferry. Remember to buy a Compass card at the gift store on the ferry.
Here is my cell number if you need to text or call: 250-889-7437. If you text me, please include your name so I know who the text is from (texting is preferable as I don’t always have the ringer on my phone -depending where I am).
I’ve posted a “study guide” to the Murakami exhibition on the Vancouver Art Tour blog in case you would like to read about it before we go on Sunday: Murakami Study Guide
It is advisable to print out a copy of the itinerary if you don’t have access to it on your phone -that way you can know where we are going next. The group usually always manages to stay together but its handy to know the meeting times just in case: Itinerary
For those of you who are joining us at the restaurant afterwards, we expect to be at our hotels around 8pm to check in. If you like you can let your hotel know your check-in time.
Let me know if you have any questions.
